Quite surprised by all the good reviews! To me,to come to someone's house to lay vinyl in a bathroom, take the door off and then say the vinyl they had wasn't right for the job . I will go back to the shop to fetch different vinyl and I will be back he said! Never came back. How very unprofessional! Would certainly not recommend!

I had to get some carpet as soon as I could, I rang Cost Cut Carpets to see if they could help, the carpet was fitted the next day, and they could not be more helpful, the service was top class and the carpet even better, I would recommend them

I advise not to entertain this company. 1st appointment arrived, enjoyed our hospitality then left without laying any flooring. No communication. 2nd appointment cancelled by company. 3rd appointment today. Cancelled by company, offered another date. Not likely, BUT. All that aside if you challenge for your rights the abuse received from the company is unbelievable. DO NOT USE? You may regret this. Be warned.

I cannot slight the quality of the carpet and Lino. It?s good and the job is good. HOWEVER, neither are the colour I ordered and we had to reschedule about 5 times due to them being late. So, my dad waited for several hours waiting for them. I would not use them again for these reasons and I expected to be offered a discount for these faults but was not. If I?d have been offered money off, I may have left a better review.

Absolutely outstanding service, re-carpeted the whole house in a day, moved furniture and put it all back in place. Would definitely use again and recommend this 5 star service ???
