The food was good chips were cooked nicely and gravy was nice too but the cake was a tiny bit rubbery and cloggy and not very moist.

I ordered on Friday 6th June at about 9.15am. Estimated time on justeats was 10.05. I received an email at 9.45am say driver can't find my address and to call Toven's to assist! their landline is not in service. I managed to find a mobile number on TrustPilot. This went straight to voice message. Meanwhile, The order on justeat said you are delivery has been reestimated slight and now it arrive at 10.40. It got to 10.55 when just eat updated and stated it was delivered at 10.40. TWICE!? I will never order from this unprofessional discourteous company again. They are a law unto themselves.

I ordered on gy and clee eats but I can't leave a review there so I will leave one here! Ordered 2 days in a row, got one of the boxed salads yesterday and it was lovely, very generous with the ham which my very fussy daughter helped me finish. The chicken in the pasta salad was proper chicken, not like the processed stuff that's usually mixed in, the bacon was nice too, as a person whos not really into bacon.
I decided to get steak in onion gravy today, and I dont know what I expected but the fall apart braising steak that tasted very similar to what my nanna used to make was very nice. Not much veg but what was there was nice, the mash also not the frozen pellet microwave stuff, it was actual mash.
Thanks Tovens, don't know what some people are complaining about!

6.95 for a greasy breakfast, sasuages taste strange, egg and mushroom over cooked with 1 slice of toast and extra for tea, possibly one of the worst breakfasts ive ever had.

Chips n black sausage ok , eggs very over cooked, but worse is their customer service, changing my drink from choc to strawberry, in fairness i didnt inform them but i didnt order anything that would contain strawberries, called to let them know and ask why they didnt call me to check at the change of item, no apology at all, just got told my fault for not calling them in advance , i have to attach ear piece for calls as im deaf, i presume their response to profoundly Deaf is tuff you just get to die. An additional on apple pie, pastry rubbery think its be micro reheated

Take out Sunday dinner. Just awful. 1 tub with a few peas, 10 thin slices of carrot, a small tablespoon of cabbage and what I can only describe as a small portion of watery mash potato. 1 Yorkshire pudding that was flat and disgusting. Another dish off watery gravy with chunks of chicken and uncooked stuffing. Very poor. Would not recommend

Pls be aware they dont bother closing their grimsby and cleethorpes eat , they just let your order sit there pending having taken your money, update, they finally decided the order , but they haven't cancelled the pending payment to them , no way iv found for a deaf person to contact them and i have to talk to them before the bank will act , how many peoples money is being held pendng because of tovens?!

We really enjoyed our visit here today with our dog, wish we'd taken a photo of the food to include with the review! The wraps we had were excellent, they tasted great and were filling, especially as they made extra effort making one of them suitable for a vegetarian. Would recommend to anybody coming to Cleethorpes, especially if they have a dog ?

Saw someone vaping in a kitchen and the lack of hand hygiene was unbelievable. Carpet are dirty. Won't go again
