Absolutely disgusting customer service. I walked into this so-called ?factory shop? today and was met with the rudest behaviour I have ever experienced in a store. We were literally just walking ? not touching anything, not causing trouble ? when an older woman who works there stormed over and told us to leave. No explanation, no manners, just pure attitude. The tone she used was downright nasty, like we?d done something terrible when in reality we?d just stepped inside.
I was stunned. Shops are supposed to welcome customers, not treat them like criminals for existing. This woman clearly has no idea how to speak to people or how to run a business. If this is how they treat customers, I?m shocked they even have any left. I walked out shaking with frustration, and I will never spend a single penny here. Save yourself the trouble ? there are plenty of other places that will treat you with basic human decency. So gross

Bought slippers and on returning home found they were odd sizes.
The shop was an hour from home so returned the wrong size slipper to shop by post and requested the right size in return. In fact, and they sent back a brand new pair plus my postage costs plus a bar on chocolate as a consolation.

A really great place to shop. I bought a bargain self build coffee table today. I had no problem assembling it in half the time it suggested. It looks great. They sell a good range of items.
