Went in tonight and was basically ignored by the staff at self check out. Young lad with dark hair spent his time speaking to his mates and helping out the younger attractive females. He even walk right past me and the red light to serve someone else.
This is normally a hassle free trip but this lad made it a painful one. Clearly management are sat in an office and not looking at what the staff are doing.

First visit, the member of staff at the checkout was very rude (male)! Kept making snarky remarks to me and my partner. Very unprofessional coming from someone that works in the same profession.
