I've been having deliveries from Tesco Cleethorpes for a long time. Would just like to say I think they do a fantastic job. On the rare occasion a problem occurred it was sorted for me. Really brilliant pickers and lovely ,friendly delivery drivers! Thank you. Merry Christmas to you all !

Shocking behaviour by order picking staff this morning. Pushing in front of customers and reaching over them to get to products. Picking carts blocking isles. No manners and no idea about social distancing. Get a grip Tesco, get a manager in the store to observe, get feedback from instore customers and get some staff training done.

Prescription by tponline system always tells me it will be ready in 2 days. It never is. My own gp is useless. And obstructive.regarding prescriptions. I have to involve single point of access to get my requirements. I need to anticipate what i need and calculate. I need to order it all at least a week.before it runs out or i am without lifesaving meds. Finally tesco send me a text to say its ready for collection. It always entails waiting a further 40 minutes for your meds to be ready. They are as bad as lloyds. With the exception of lloyds within the hospital. I always see other patients being messed about with their prescriptions too.tesco staff in pharmacy are only following orders.

A big 'thank you' to staff/shoppers at Tesco Cleethorpes. Today our friend and neighbour had a 'bit of a turn' in the car park. A gentleman in a 4x4 was the first to come to his assistance....then a manager who was just going into work, the man collecting trollies and staff from within the shop. Another member of staff searched and found his wife in the store. They all stayed with him until we could get there and bring him home. So kind. He is tucked up... warm and cosy... and doing just fine. Thank you...all of you.

A member of the public was verbally abusing and swearing at a parent at the store entrance while they put their children in a car, and staff and security did absolutely nothing and just let the older woman abuse the parent. Absolutely disgusting, tesco should be ashamed of themselves.
Another member of the public joined in and still nobody took any action, instead used the excuse that they couldn't do anything because 'it's not our land'. Appalled to hear they will not take action for people swearing at the store entrance as this is clearly tesco premises, as is the car park.
I hope they take appropriate action and also the poor parent who suffers with mental health issues and clearly had a sunflower lanyard on should be compensation as a goodwill gesture. The poor mother was on holiday and running into tesco for a birthday cake amongst other things, and just gets abused like that. Staff need to learn policies and the security staff need sacking or retraining.
Just because someone had a sunflower lanyard on does not mean it is OK or acceptable to abuse them or just watch them be abused without getting involved, nobody removed the abusive people from the situation.
I hope this matter goes right up to Head Office.
