We were the second car in the queue the girl who took our order got the order wrong. It came out very quick which was surprising. I Took the order back to speak to someone Then Owen the server continued to say we were lying. Was very cocky and rude. When clearly the girl did not put the correct order down.

More like a plain wrap, next to no filling, not worth the money at all.
I used to be a very loyal Taco Bell customer but not anymore. Waste of money!

Missing ingredients no salad still charged full price. Every Sunday I?ve ordered there have been missing ingredients. Just ordered Saturday and guess what no salad same price. Never again

Food is fantastic if it all turns up, ordered a meal for two but it would struggle to feed one because they have missed most of the items I order, after waiting nearly an hour after purchase too, safe to say a place I once enjoyed has now lost my custom, staff aren't very helpful either

Waited exactly 1 HOUR to manage to even get to tell my order to the worker in the drive thru, this was the biggest mistake to start with, bearing in mind i was the 3rd car. i also received my food quite fast which was confusing but anyways, my crunch wrap was not even folded properly, leaving it to be messed up by a bunch of teenagers who sign up for the job just to mess around! as well as lettuce and hardly any MEAT, sorry but i am not paying £7-8 for a wrap that isn't done properly, as well as the chips being hardly seasoned and burning hot! not happy at all, this place should be cared for.
