Went to go get a sandwich but it was closed at 4pm but it should shut at 6pm on a Wednesday also a worker just looked at me while locking the door 2 hours before closing time

I was not allowed to have salad in my cheese and bacon stack. Not impressed. Kids didn't get those yo-yo in the kids box. Won't go back to Cleethorpes one again.

I arrived at subway at 6:45 and a young woman came running out from the back (while her friend was stood at the front waiting for her) saying ?sorry but we are closed? on the website it says subway closes at 7pm NOT 15 minutes early?

Used Cleethorpes subway several times, basically it has gluten free choices, food is average, service average, atmosphere non existing

Cold food. Hair found in 1 sandwich. Mould on ham in another. Asked for chicken with salad but no mayo/Salam but had on anyway. Staff unhelpful and not friendly may as well as talked to a brick wall.

Just been to this subway in Cleethorpes for the first time. The young lady behind the counter was extremely polite and professional. She offered different suggestions for sandwiches as my wife is a vegetarian and waited very patiently for us to decide.An absolute pleasurable experience and this young lady is a credit to the team. Unfortunately I never got her name ? but we came in at 10:30 on Sunday 6th August 2023, so whoever she is, please give her the recognition she deserves.
