I was fitted for a bra and the person said it was a good fit. She took the label off in the shop and when I got home tried it on again and there was so much excess material and the underwire dug into by chest as its too big. I messaged twice before a reply. They said I couldn't return or exchange as the tag wasn't on. Then my comment was deleted from their post. £43 wasted. Definitely will not return.

Came in today, had a rough idea of my size, but lost a lot of weight, not sure of the young ladies name, but thank you. First bra, perfect fit. Thank you for fabulous service as always. Spoilt myself and got 3 lol. Love love love your shop.

I went for my first fitting there and I came away feeling happy. The staff were lovely and so helpful. It was lively to hear such a good atmosphere in the shop. I felt at ease and comfortable. I will most definitely be back

Best experience, would highly recommend this shop. The lady who served me was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, she knew what I needed. I was currently fitted at M&S in Scunthorpe (34E) however, the cups wasn?t sitting properly and I had a bust overspill. Now, I?m fitting at 34G the bras I purchase from the shop today I feel more comfortable and supported. Thank you Pretty Woman.

I have been here for a few bras before, always had good service and lovely products, on my last visit when I went to get measured it was not so good. The bra I was professionally measured for and sold felt a little rushed and not the service I had prior. I sent a message to the owner and was told to go in the shop, which I did. I explained to the lady in the shop that on trying the bra on at home where I had time it clearly was not measured correctly. She asked me to put the bra on and said yes it is too big but it was ok on the day (can?t remember measuring me but remembered it supposedly fit ok!) She spoke to the owner who said because I had taken the tags off and I WASNT ENTITLED TO MY MONEY BACK, also I was not offered even a replacement, even though a professional measured me!!!! Totally lost confidence in this shop and lack of empathy when the professional got it wrong and I trusted their advice. I was told to wear it on the tightest fastener, which obviously was not a suitable outcome.

Went in today and the lady was lovely, made me feel very comfortable as I'm very self conscious about myself and was unsure about being measured. She really helped me and made me feel qt ease. I feel very good that I'm finally in a right size bra.. Thank you so much ?

Went in to get measured for a bra to be told they charge £10 for a bra measurement and once you buy a bra from us you will get a reduction however the cheapest bra ranges from £35 by there on a good thing it?s disgusting

Went in and told assistant I had just undergone a mastectomy and needed a new bra to take to hospital for my prosthesis. Was shown to the changing cubical, was given one bra to try on, no measuring just guessed size. No help, no interest, nothing. Felt at time very down after suffering this, just a little kindness would have been so appreciated. I was recommended to go there but don?t think I will go there again. Prefer to go to M&S would have at least spoke to someone who was half interested. Will Never recommend. It was a large women who served me my. Think twice if you need a mastectomy bra M&S might cater for your needs better.

Took my 80 Yr old mum today to be measured. She couldn't have happier with the service she received. Was made to feel comfortable throughout the experience. Thank you much for making it a pleasurable experience for her.
