I was fitted for a bra and the person said it was a good fit. She took the label off in the shop and when I got home tried it on again and there was so much excess material and the underwire dug into by chest as its too big. I messaged twice before a reply. Came in today, had a rough idea of my size, but lost a lot of weight, not sure of the young ladies name, but thank you. First bra, perfect fit. Thank you for fabulous service as always. Spoilt myself and got 3 lol. Love love love your shop.
