Ordered 2x hot bolognase calzones with spicy chips ? 1hour + later. Order delivered. Delivered 2x bolognase calzone & ordinary chips ? rang & complained. Offered us 1x hot bolognase calzone & spicy chips ?. To find out the hot bolognase calzone was still a normal bolognase calzone. Very disappointed ? we always Order from here. This is the first time. We've been Disappointed.

90 mins for delivery when quoted 60 mins. Ordered pizza platta and only a quarter was received. Pitta bread was in tatters, unusable. Poor service. Will never use again. Also was cold.
Delivery driver was nice and sympathetic.

We were accused of lying about missed products on our order, they admitted they forgot the chips, however the garlic pot and chilli pot were put in the brown bag according to a member of staff. The customer service was awful. We used pizza Roma a lot as it is our nearest take away, but after tonight?s experience I will not use them again and I will make my experience well known. I am not a bad reviewer but to be told I am telling lies over 2 pots of sauces that we paid for ? my wages will go elsewhere and this will be made clear to just eat.

I always get amazing food from here!Burgers are incredible, Donner meat portions are good and the taste is great. Pizza is also good with fresh ingredients each time.Definitely recommend visiting/ordering from Pizza Roma fresh food and great prices

Well this is the 1st time ive had food delivered from here and for me all i can say is WoW!! Fresh, hot and very tasty!! shout out to the delivery driver!! polite & friendly... think ill be ordering it for delivery agin as for me its fresher and hotter than going in to order it and the driver is just ACE!!... ( this for me tonight is 5stars but its only getting 4 as ive had problems b4 with some staff in there)
