Went in for a birthday meal. A MOUSE was running around the restaurant under where the food was sat. Staffs response was ?we?ve already told pest control? and they opened the door to let it run out. Food was hard, wasn?t clean at all. Won?t be returning.

Today the food was not upto the standards where chicken wings, salt and pepper chicken was not cooked properly and it was raw which makes absolutely frustrating.Chicken meat balls were not at all good as they were very oily and inside it was raw.Some the foods were not named with allergens which is quite concerning and we don't know what's in it.Overall the standards were not upto the mark and needs lot of improvement and totally no satisfied with the food.

£12.90 all you can eat is a great deal and plenty of choices for the cost my only negative is it?s luckwarm but that wouldn?t put me off returning if I don?t get the ? in the next couple of days

The stars are for the food only, complete lack of staff to cater to the amount of customers that are queueing out the door. One poor bloke run ragged on the bar. Chaotic.

Manager is nice but hovers over you when you?re picking food or stands at the end watching. Food is really greasy, satay sauce is too ?wet? sweet and sour chicken full of honey, not how you make it! Sausage was pink in the middle. No atmosphere what so ever.
Food looks nice as picture below however tasteless and greasy apart from chicken curry which was ok.

The restaurant is was not clean my glass and plates were dirty the toilets were very bad it was not a nice atmosphere because instead of it being a peaceful dinner it was filled with creaming and crying children the food tasted like it had been slow cooked in the sponge bob grease trap overall was not a nice experience 100% would not come again and 100% would not recommend you coming here it would be nice to go to the McDonald?s across the road and I will top it of with the entire place is sticky
Parking: Very difficult to find parking
Kid-friendliness: It is friendly however if you want your ears to bleed from children come here

The overall cleanliness of this place is disgusting, the food here is not edible.
The foods left that long it has dehydrated (gone rubbery and hard)
I complained to the manager, who stated the food is left along time thats why it isn't always the best so i can wait until they serve fresh foods out. I asked for a refund which i was told they need the money as they have staff to pay and food to buy, i stated that none of us had eaten much at all and id be happy to receive at least half back of what we paid- he reluctantly agreed and gave us £30 back. We left and went to McDonalds across the road- we will never visit here again, how it has 5 star reveiws i don't understand - the cleanest part of the establishment is the toilets.

Restaurant was dirty and not at all kept up to standards. The food was dry and undercooked causing food poisoning for 3 days. I will never go back here again it was atrocious and I would advise anyone else from going.

Went for a meal on Saturday 26th Oct with family and friends the place is filthy which was very off putting when your going for a meal would definitely not eat there again
