I went in the other day and they missed some of my order off. However, a polite member of staff, I believe her name was Maddie, helped me out and got it sorted. If it was't for her the service would also be one star!!!!!!! Sidenote, Also not enough vegetarian options.

My daughter collected a meal
For us as we don?t drive . The big tasty was missing so I called and was told it would be replaced if we went back .. my daughter had already left and to be honest it wasn?t being replaced because I never got it in the first place ? I had no way of getting back and they wouldn?t send out with a just way driver end tho was their fault £6-78 wasted ? absolute crap service

Absolutely bismal! It's supposed to be a fast food restaurant. I went through the drive-through, and the lady who took my order was very polite . Then, I moved up to the second window to collect my order, and again, the staff member was very polite, I was handed my drink and then sat there for about six minutes, she then told me there was a problem with the food that I had ordered and could I go and park in one of the bays, and that they would bring my order out to me.I then sat there for another six minutes and a young member of staff brought my order to me. I opened up my order and found that there were no fries in it, so I went into the restaurant and explained that I had ordered a meal and the fries were missing. She opened the bag and agreed with me. She then put some fries in, and I left. I travelled approximately three minutes up the road and parked up so as I could eat my meal. I was so disappointed when I bit into the big tasty burger I had bought only to find out that it was stone cold! So it wasn't very tasty at all. I didn't have the time to go back as I was on my way to work,so I ended up putting it in the nearest litter bin! What a total waste of money. I certainly will not be going back. McDonald's should be ashamed of the cold puke that they charge eight pounds for. Absolutely disgusted
