fantastic experience for my daughter, she had her first time ear peircing and the lady who looked after her was so lovely and reassuring to my daughter, she spoke to her like an adult and let her make her own decision. my daughter was so happy with her new earings and cant wait to come back when there ready to be changed to get a set of new earings. clean professional and caring, thankyou

My little girl came into today for her ears pierced for her 9th birthday. Both of the ladies in the shop were lovely and did such an amazing job, they look brilliant I couldn't have asked for a better service! All aftercare was given with the solution required, was happy to go over things for me and send information via email. The piercings themselves are symmetrical and earings look beautiful. Thank you ?

The girls in the shop have been extremely helpful every time I have been in to have a look or to purchase an item. As a man shopping is very difficult at the best of times but with the help and assistance from the staff just makes it so much better. Well done girls ?

Went this morning for my daughter to have ears pierced for the first time. Staff were really kind and patient, made my daughter feel at ease. Happy to answer any questions and made it a really lovely experience. Thank you

Poor quality products and extremely poor customer service. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a phone call.
All of the stones fell out of my necklace and was told ypu get 3 months that's it. Won't be using these again.

I came in last week as my ring had broken. I was so upset but the young lady in the shop was lovely, she took my ring and said the jeweller would get it sorted for me. I asked for a resize whilst they were fixing it and the young girl advised there would be an extra charge for this which is understandable and obviously I was happy to pay for that. I got a call around an hour later to say it was all fixed and could collect. The jeweller had it done as good as new, resized smaller and it was perfect. To top off the incredible service there was no charge at all. I?ve bought so many pieces of jewellery from here and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. The ring in question was a Mother?s Day gift from my children so it is very special to me. Thank you so much to all of you for taking care of me and I?ve got my eyes on several more pieces so I?m sure I?ll be back soon ??

Won't be using here again just taken some earrings back that was foulty wouldn't keep the earrings told me they are non returnable they never told me I couldn't take them back
