Top notch Media Centre. Very friendly staff. Very professional. Very customer orientated. It's all about trust and exceptional value for money. Anyone who has a problem with their computer, I would thoroughly recommend them. I had a new tower system built, to replace my old operating system. It exceeded my expectations and came within budget. Don't worry if you have a few teething problems. They will put things right for you, as they did for me. Everything they do is above reproach - meeting the highest business and professional standards. That's what I am all about, when I do appraisals, when I'm and about.

I?m not very good with technology diamond media came to my house sorted my new home speaker set it all up he was very nice nothing to much trouble was there 1 hour and a half I?m very happy as I don?t go out much music is my joy; thanks diamond media I will definitely be using you in the future kind regards karen

I had a 6 year old laptop which was running so slowly it was unusable, went round to different places and got no service.
Dale allowed me to sit in his shop while I pulled apart the laptop and then showed me how to replace the RAM and SSD. Which was the problem. Not only did he do it but he showed me how to do it too! Very friendly also!
I purchased the SSD and RAM for a great price too! It now works perfectly, possibly better than it did when I first got it. Couldn?t recommend more.
