Shocking shop, offered a 6 month old S23 Ultra, has 1 tiny scratch on the screen, refused as it was too scratched ? crazy to say its only 6 month old and had protectors on it. More like you couldn't afford it LOOL

Polite staff i spoke to someone over the phone to ask them if they buy what i was selling he said they do i then sent my father and i was really happy with the price i got and would recommend to anyone they are a 1000 times better than cex and will use this shop when ever i need anything thankyou.

Avoid the Cleethorpes store for a while. Bad staff so risky buying. I bought a laptop over the internet (their store is on ebay). It wasn't as described but when I tried complaining I got various emails back about the staff member's "25 years experience", conspiracy theories about Lenovo, and I was called "ridiculous" for expecting them to check an item before putting it in a box to send. When I complained to head office they refused to deal with 'store complaints'. This was a simple complaint with a simple solution. So if you buy something that has a more complicated issue - good luck.
