Flu jab,the Pharmacist Jasmin was amazing.Totally professional yet easy to talk to.
Didn't feel it and she was quick but didn't rush the process.

I've had several issues with boots in St Peters ave cleethorpes. I'll start off by saying some of the staff are very good and they can only work within the parameters they are faced with. My first issue is several times I've been locked out of the store because they are not allowed to open without a pharmacist. Unfortunately at times the pharmacist travels a fair distance into work and parking is an issue in cleethorpes. The second thing is not giving prescriptions during the pharmacists lunch break. My medication is sat there on the shelf but I can't have it. This is very frustrating because most people have busy lives and it's not always possible to get to the chemist when the pharmacist is on site. For this reason from now on ill be using a different chemist for my prescriptions

Arrived to locked doors despite checking online before arriving to confirm store closed 5.30pm (arrived 5.15pm) and was told through the door the store can't be open without a pharmacist. I don't want to be one of those people to complain about trivial things but time is precious at the best of times! Working in the NHS I understand the pressure and issues with short staff but a little communication with loyal customers wouldn't hurt.

Due to surgery failing to forward a prescription I was assured it would be with boots on Tuesday, this was for an inhaler without which I couldn't go pick it up myself so sent a friend who was told
They had only just received it and wouldn't be ready until after 2pm the next day? Aswell as struggling to breath for yet another day I am also struggling to understand why it takes 24hrs to stick a box in a bag????

Walked in as the doors was unlocked to see the floor covered in leaves,rubbish,old receipts and general dirty Mark's on the floor surely this should be swept and mopped each night for closure looked very scruffy in places,member of staff on pharmacy counter very helpful

Extremely unhelpful pharmacist. I asked if they had any dry dressings for a wound on my daughters leg. I was shown to an aisle containing dressings and she walked away as I was trying to ask which one would be best. Went over the road to a different pharmacy and got exactly what I needed in seconds. It felt as if she had no time to actually help a customer.

Normally have a lovely experience here however my partner and young son came to pick up my prescription as I'm pregnant and suffering with too much sickness to get it myself. The young blonde was rude and cold, just because it was almost time for lunch. If you wanted to go to lunch just say, he would have come back afterwards.
