Flu jab,the Pharmacist Jasmin was amazing.Totally professional yet easy to talk to.
Didn't feel it and she was quick but didn't rush the process.

I've had several issues with boots in St Peters ave cleethorpes. I'll start off by saying some of the staff are very good and they can only work within the parameters they are faced with. Arrived to locked doors despite checking online before arriving to confirm store closed 5.30pm (arrived 5.15pm) and was told through the door the store can't be open without a pharmacist. I don't want to be one of those people to complain about trivial things but time is precious at the best of times! Working in the NHS... read full comment
