Extremely satisfied with my treatment at The Willows, Brigg. I had a very thorough examination, given all treatment possible on the day, whilst being given all my options explained and not made to feel rushed. All staff were friendly, courteous and professional. I was made to feel at ease and confident in their ability, all in lovely modern surroundings.

Mr Patel is an amazing dentist, so professional, kind and gentle. He made my check up an enjoyable experience and he is very reassuring if you have any dental concerns. Highly recommend Willows Dental and all the staff are very friendly and professional.

I attended the practice for emergency treatment, having been offered a same day appointment. The staff were professional and kind and the extraction of my problem tooth was totally pain-free. I would definitely recommend this practice and am very grateful for the excellent treatment and service I received.

Fantastic service from everyone at The Willows! I was in a lot of pain and got an emergency appointment and treatment the same day. I?ve not had the best experience with dentists in the past but my encounter at The Willows was very calm and reassuring. I would definitely recommend this practice, especially to anyone who is nervous or stressed at the dentist!

Typing this after just having a filling, so still basking in a slightly numb euphoria.I?m firmly seated in the lose sleep, pace the waiting room camp of dental patients. So the horror of a broken filling, just before Christmas, necessitated the thing I dread the most.Firstly, booking an emergency appointment could not have been easier and I never once felt like I was being ?squeezed in?. From the moment I walked through the door for my appointment I was made to feel at ease. Dr Bhunjun and his dental nurse listened intently to my anxious waffle, when I?m nervous I talk?a lot! But I felt they gave me all the time I needed to just garble nonsense! ( honestly- sorry and thank you!)Each step was explained, nothing felt rushed and I lost count of how many times they both checked that I was alright. I felt so at ease that I booked in for a check up last week and had another filling today!I?ll never enjoy the experience-does anyone? But I hope Dr B knows how very grateful those of us who do feel anxious are for his patient, caring manner. He didn?t even mind when I pulled the door handle off as I was leaving!Would absolutely, definitely 100% recommend!

Very pleased with how friendly and welcoming everyone is here, a very calm and relaxing experience.I had a wisdom tooth extraction and to be fair I couldn't feel a thing during the procedure.Would definitely recommend this practice to others.

Great service, have real phobia of dental work due some bad experiences in the past. Have never felt so reassured and at ease with a dentist, great skills and patience to work with you to make the treatment a painless and stress less experience.
