Came today to try the breakfast , staff extremely rude , all we asked was no tomatoes , she said we can?t do that , just don?t eat them with a massive teenage attitude! We walked straight back out.

Just had the Hickory chicken must admit its been the worst meal I've had there ? chicken was tough as old boots and the sauce that came with it was far to strong and looked like it had curdled. Did complain about it, butv staff were not interested ?. Puts me off going back

Visited on a Thursday lunch . Only comment that I would make is, that they need to focus on their customer service approach. I waited at the front of the cafe to be served, sadly, I was told not asked. To go to the cash desk and place my order! A bit of a shame as my 1st reaction was to walk back out again.
