The Black Bull is a cosy traditional pub. There is a wide selection of beers lager and cider, but unfortunately, no hand-pulled cask conditioned real ales when we visited. The staff are very welcoming and the pub is dog friendly. There is a nice outside seating area behind the pub.

Very great pub ,busy but not too crowded, the bar staff has a password to say to them if your a lady in trouble ,and they will deal with the situation. In this day and age that is a fantastic thing to have in place . Beer is cheaper than a lot of pubs .clean great atmosphere. I didn't eat so cannot comment.

Don't do bar food but the beer is decent and always served with a friendly smile, gets busy at weekends..

Two Cask ales on offer, £3 per pint. Friendly staff , Good atmosphere. Walk past Wetherspoons, and go to the Black Bull.
