Tracey was awesome! I came in with unruly long locks and wanted a short cut again which I haven?t had for years. I always put off haircuts which is why I end up letting it grow out again. She put my mind at ease and was brilliant. My only complaint is I look ten years older than the sample photo I provided and I?m now grey! ?

What a wonderful hairdressers, the moment I walked in to reception ( I'm so sorry I didn't catch the ladies name ) she was so so lovely and welcoming ? then I was introduced to Ellie.. by Natalie ( my stylist ) for a hair wash.. what a lovely young lady a credit to The Bank! My stylist Natalie!!! An absolute diamond.. knew exactly what to do with my unruly curly hair., We chatted and Natalie put me at ease.. so experienced in curly hair.. and I should know living with curly hair for 50 years ? I loved we chit chatted.. about life in general but no feeling pressured and awkward which I have had in the past.. an absolute credit to a wonderful hairdressers xx
