There needs to be more Staff on the tills at busy times. Some of the staff give you the feeling that they hate their Job.

It's a supermarket so what you see is what you get!

This is just a normal Tesco but not many options for gifts and expensive. The staff are nice and are willing to help and donate to the local area near brigg

The quality of food is fine, layout absolutely awful, aisles to narrow and while there is some lovely staff there are some rude ones, it's my last resort supermarket to go in Brigg.

This Tesco has everything you could need for the weekly shop. It I'd always tidy and we'll presented when I visit. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Saw the Costa coffee giant cup and pulled in for coffee and fuel, to find there was no kiosk = no coffee. Couldn't use Google wallet with the kioskless pumps so had to use a private card missing out on cashback. And was restricted to £120 so couldn't even fill up.

The wife was ill this Saturday so I was sent shopping. Included in the list was 12 eggs. When I got home there were two broken ones in the box. Apparently I should have checked them. So I take the broken ones back.No apology for getting me a telling off, no apology for ruining Sunday breakfast. Instead I was told I should have brought the whole box back. When I pointed out, quite reasonably I believe, that I had purchased the eggs for Sunday breakfast I got a great big sigh, and a repeat of 'if you had brought the box back I could have swapped the box for you'. Round the circuit again, but I got them for Sunday breakfast and it kind of spoilt that for everyone. Another large sigh, then I suppose I can refund you the price of the two eggs. When will people get it is not about the money, more a recognition that something went wrong and messed a situation up and all that is needed is a simple apology. All I got was 'do you want the money or not?'. So I pocketed the princely sum of £1-20, went away unhappy and determined to never darl n Tesco's door again.

Popped into the Brigg store but they didn't have what I wanted

Had to go shopping this morning with my young son who has a learning disability. I'm so grateful to the lovely lady on the checkout who noticed I had my hands full and asked another lovely member of staff to help me to the car as I had a trolley and my sons large adapted buggy. Outstanding service. It's tricky being a parent to a child with special needs and it's so appreciated when someone goes out of their way to make things easier. Well done Brigg Tesco and thankyou so much ladies.

A very good supermarket with a great range of stock at competitive prices. Friendly and efficient staff who give outstanding service.

Your usual supermarket but their club card scheme is better than the Morrison's More card. At least their offers last longer than a single use and you still get points added onto your card to spend when you want to!

This store has its... quirks.Car park / vehicular access: the zebra-crossings around the mini roundabout are currently (18/01/22) obscured by low hedgerows.A short person / toddler is not visible from the driver's seat until the car is practically on top of the zebra crossing. Not only is this awkward to navigate, it is dangerous. These same hedgerows obscure vision of approaching cars upon exit. I personally have had to emergency brake on one of my few visits while leaving this store.Products: Nothing to note, only suitable for slightly more than basic groceries.Self-Checkout: Staff are fairly attentive. It is unclear where baskets are supposed to go once you've finished at a self checkout - signage and a basket collection point would be helpful.Ambiance: I personally find the advertisement announcements particularly intrusive and annoying. It is unclear if this sentiment is shared, perhaps I should visit during 'quiet hour'...

Great store conveniently located! This is a great store on the doorstep for everything needed and within walking distance.Surrounded by other great shops, the high street and its market. Not a massive store, but bigger and better than a basic Tesco express. There is plenty of products and choices of known brands with great value offers as always found in store aswell as the special clubcard prices.Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly.
