cant get same day appointments , tried to register for their online service and staff cant use the system to get an access codeAgain another mess up -on 19 Feb Sent a message using their online system saying one of my prescription items was not avalible at pharmacy. Was told they would get back to me. Still nor got back to me on 4 March so rang them up after 30 mins on phone was told there was a printed prescription for me and to collect from reception. After specifically asking what time they closed was told ok upto 18:30 went up at 16:30 and prescription not at reception ,and other staff had gone home. Told to come back tommorow.Every time they make the most simple tasks difficult

Visited the surgery today for a cold that started to progress onto a chesty cough.One of the staff at the till an old woman who I thought was very abrupt and miserable to me wasn?t very helpful at all.She needs to cheer up abit she?s not very good at all with customers I thought if she?s not happy she needs to get another job where she?s happy instead of taking it out on the patients / customers arriving to the surgery.The pharmacy doctor in was very helpful and gave me some tablets and cough medicine to which I then paid the miserable old woman who served me.Plus she didn?t give me a receipt.

Terrible service - i went online to request a callback as my daughter was ill. Got an email to confirm and then waited ... I rang the next afternoon to chase it up as we had heard nothing. I was then told that the nurse had not called my daughter because the number given on line did not match the number on her record. no attempt made to call, email, or SMS to tell me this!!! i was then put on hold to "see what they could do" as apparently the nurse was now fully booked. Only to have my call then disconnected!!! when I eventually got back on to them they told me there was nothing they could do. It seems ridiculous on a few levels why give an option to put a number on the request form to then not attempt to use it, but to then make no attempt to contact via email or via parents details to inform you is shocking when your child is ill. not to mention that their staff should learn how to use their phones. I feel let down by this surgery.

Shocking service, or lack thereof, from the Pharmacy. Ordered tablets over a week ago and told they're not ready yet! Loads of staff seemingly doing not a lot. One staff member dealing with prescriptions, and when they go off to do something else, the queue just gets longer and longer. Waited over an hour last week. Ridiculously poor management.

Can't get an appointment, long call waiting times 30 in the queue, over an hour phone call waiting, missing medications,christ by the time you get an answer you would be better off at a.n.e dreadful.

Clean, polite receptionist. Had a spinal injection here, was nervous about it but Dr's were fantastic....

Policy states they will call ?twice? when calling back, only called once - couldn?t answer due to driving. Advised they would call back and never did.

Waited 40 minutes to a see nurse during which time I inadvertently had to listen to endless conversations between incompetent and unprofessional receptionists and people coming in with queries. All manner of personal ailments and details had to be shouted through the glass screen and repeated as dumb and dumber just sat back seemingly unable to understand English. The new layout is appalling and an argument even broke between two people as there is no queuing system to speak to the receptionists. Even the booking in screens were broken?All said and done Riverside Surgery is a joke, possibly summed up by their new logo which appears to be a blue dodo with a red beak

A smashing building with excellent service from receptionist our first visit to see physio who was quite professional good examination, However didn't really feel we have got any further with this long term problems hopefully blood tests back at Holme on Spalding Moor should clear wthings up

I cannot praise this surgery highly enough, particularly the lovely member of staff Jasmin who helped and did everything online over email to get me registered as a new patient literally within an hour, working around my mental health needs not being able to phsyically visit the surgery.She showed the utmost warm compassion, kindness, efficiency and professionalism - and is a credit to Riverside Surgery.I'm very happy to now be a new patient here.Thankyou ?

As we are new to this surgery. After moving to Broughton.but nearly always have to drive to brigg surgery. Though live straight opposite Broughton one. My wife had a appointment this morning. But as was unwell with covid. Has spent all morning trying to cancel her appointment. Only using auto service saying number 30 in queue..no option to try and cancel. After her appointment time passed. No call back as requested. A text message from brigg surgery. Complaining about missing my appointment and not informing them. Her last phone call has placed her over 30 in the queue for call back. Clearly this system is broken. And frustrating. To say the least especially as my wife's not feeling well
