Don't like to leave bad reviews as you will see from my profile but after emailing on Monday for quotations, I got a reply from a lady called Julie and then after querying and finalizing a few of the details ready to order I got totally ignored, and received no other response. It's a shame as I then received a better quote and customer service elsewhere, beating their original quotation by £270. Sadly Parkers lost my custom on this occasion.

Customers service is appalling they try selling you things that you don?t want or try adding extras on. They are so pushy and rude and always try and but in mid conversation to try and change you mind. Won?t be visiting again and will not recommend

Absolutely delighted with our new kitchen/dining floor. We've had the Amtico flooring in a parquet style and it's beautiful. After an awful bodge job done on our floor a couple of years ago by a different firm, Parkers had to strip it right back and level out the floor before laying the new. They took such great care to make it perfect and we couldn't be happier with the result. All staff we've been in touch with have been incredibly helpful, I would recommend to anyone.

My Kitchen carpet fitting by Parkers of Brigg was carried out very professionally & to the highest standard you could wish for? (and I?m hard to impress)?
