Stood for 5 minutes waiting to be served while the girl clumsily made the wrong drinks for the wrong people - not an issue, mistakes happen.
No recognition we were even there - not even a sorry for waiting while she messed with the machine to make new drinks (twice may I add)
Finally onto our drinks, after a good 15 minutes of waiting around. One drink required ice which a member of staff had to obviously go to the North Pole to obtain.
They seemed understaffed, stressed but unfortunately not bothered by customer service. Hopefully this improves for my next visit.

Came today to Costa Coffee in Brigg and it was absolutely riduculos!
Have ordered two drinks - Salted Caramel Frappe and Strawberry Frappe.
During my order I told, that I would like a decafinate drinks. Miss, who worked on the till told me, that "Yes, we are making decafinate as well', so I have ordered.
It was a pick time, so we waited quite long time and finaly they made us the wrong drink.
So, we waited more.
Finaly we recived our order, went outside and I decided to try (because drinks were for sisters) and turn out that it is JUST milk with strawberry dopping and cream on the top. For 4.30 £ each!!!
I returned to caffee and decided to clear up the situation because is is ridiculos! In my point view decafinate frapuchino this is drink with decafinate coffee (espresso or instant coffee), but I didn't expected to recive drink without coffee at all! It was just milk and doping!
I tried to figure out the situation with the stuff, but they were quite busy to give me a time. The lady, who worked on the till, just squized between us and went away.
I am so sorry, but I am quite dissapointed by service in this caffee.
I hope, my rewiev will help to improve the service!

I cannot quote on food as you do not cater for me as I am Gluten Intolerant and find such a big company is quite disgusting in this day and age

Good place to people watch and it's a Costa mind you it's mocha is now more expensive than the pub I went in last night.

Absolutely brilliant staff , the place was very clean and toilets were clean aswell. Very good for a small coffee shop!

Nice coffee shop situated in a small market town of brigg .Coffee was good . Only let down by a long wait for the coffee to arrive .

Typical Costa. Friendly and helpful staff although often understaffed with tables left uncleaned - not a big problem but when paying these prices should not be the case. NO WiFi - Why not? NEGLIGIBLE GLUTEN FREE FOOD - Costa seem to have given up even trying.Dietary restrictions: NO GLUTEN FREE FOOD. NO WIFI.

We go here regularly staff always helpful and spend time talking with people, one of the better ones i have been in, friends meet up, sit using laptops very friendly place no bad remarks
