We honestly couldn?t have asked for a better experience with Winkworth in Bourne. From the moment we got in touch with them, Millie & Adam were brilliant! Adam advised us on the best price to list ours and helped move everything forward quickly when we unexpectedly found our dream home the very same day. We viewed on a Thursday, had our house listed by Saturday, a viewing on Sunday, an offer on Monday, and our offer accepted the next day!
Adam told us to expect 8?12 weeks for the process?and we moved bang on 12 weeks later. Millie was also an absolute superstar, guiding my partner through the entire process and making sure all sides were aligned and progressing. Communication from the team was spot on: prompt, clear, and always honest. They gave us accurate advice throughout and never just told us what we wanted to hear, which we really appreciated.
My advice? Listen to them, trust them?they are awesome. A huge thank you to the whole team!

I recently purchased a house from Winkworth and I cannot recommend these enough! Both Adam & Millie really went above and beyond, if it wasn't for them the whole chain would have collapsed. They always responded quickly to my queries and kept me up-to-date the whole way. If I was to sell my house, I wouldn't be going anywhere else!!

We were so impressed with Winkworth, more specifically Millie. She was FANTASTIC! Millie kept us up-to-date with the property we were purchasing. She even helped on our sale as our estate agents were so incompetent. Millie understood the stress of selling and buying, was so supportive and went way above what she was meant to do. The team at winkworths estate agents in Bourne have done a terrific job managing our house purchase. Our process was a little complicated but Millie and the team ensured everything went smoothly at all times.
We were always kept in the loop and nothing was too much trouble.
Adam and Katie were really professional and friendly but we have to give a huge shout to Millie who went above and beyond to help keep things on track and never dropped the ball once.
We can only heap praise on the whole team and highly recommend their services. They are by far the best, most caring and professional estate agents we have come across.

Adam, Millie and Katie have all been very brilliant throughout this process. Communication and experience with them was excellent. The photos of our house were very professional. However we had a difficult time with our buyers solicitor but Millie was superb at ringing them daily and helping us move forward with our sale.
