Ordered late last night, pizza come around 45 mins later and was that burnt it was black and unedible. Too late to ask for a replacement - what company would think a black burnt pizza was acceptable for a takeaway - disgusting, first and last time we will use.

Shockingly poor. Ordered for delivery a donner in nann, it was awful. I would say it had been wrapped and then microwaved prior to delivery. Phoned them and they denit had been microwaved. Look at the pic? The green stuff is lettuce! A pulped tomato and mushed bit of cucumber!

Having used Hot & Spot for many years on a nearly weekly basis I find it hard to believe any of the 1 Star reviews, I can only imagine they are being left by jealous competitors, my family has tried just about everything on the Menu over the years and not once have we ever had a complaint, the Delivery to our Village is always within good time and Staff are always friendly.

Had to give 1 star because I couldn?t give 0, absolutely awful food. Not cooked properly, left a family member with food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE. Worst mistake ordering from this place. Needs closing down.

Absolutely awful food ordered a burger and chips and Donner in naan and chips the burger was over cooked burnt bun donner was gristly and chips raw cost £26 absolutely awful customer service too this place needs closing !!

Got the order wrong, missing side orders and pizza size. Paid in full then denied the correct order. Pizza looked liked it had been dropped. What sort of establishment is cash only nowadays?seems rather dodgy.
