I really do not find the Tesco bourne a nice experience,surly staff navigating staff restocking shelves and look at you in a horrible way, when you ask them if it would be okay to buy food products they are blocking, lots of the time empty dollies are not cleared away, isn't it about time they started restocking after the store closes and fill the shelves as it always looks empty of stock.
Loud music playing all the time.
I've even started going to other supermarkets because its horrible.
and don't get me started with the pharmacy.
Not in the slightest an okay experience. avoid!!!

Loud bleeps going off all time we were in store - so off putting
Massive queues at the DIY checkouts and only 1 staffed checkout working
No supervision and no management anywhere to be seen.
No-one cares
Back to sainsburys after this , maybe smaller and less of a range but way nicer environment to shop

Came Ito store tried to use my gift card , 4 members of staff tried to help All failed as it wouldn?t scan ?!?! , after 20 minutes left empty handed , No one could solve the issue!

I find most things in the store but the range and choice is becoming less. Most annoying thing is the self checkout, where 4 tills are always unavailable. Today there was a long queue waiting to use the tills and the additional 4 remained closed. Come on Tesco! Be more reactive to busy times.

This Tesco supermarket is brilliant. There is an F&F selection, wide variety of fruits and vegetables, snacks, drinks, pharmacy and other products. This Tesco offers great Clubcard discounts and I appreciate the stock of goods. Thank you Tesco for this selection, it has allowed me to survive through school when I was younger when I used to buy meal deals here.

This has been my regular shopping place yrs love it and know all the staff now and i enjoy shopping here has everything i need and clean and lots good offers very helpful and can have a laugh and chat with the staff unlike some places grumpy?i drive out of my own area to shop here would recomend

My wife and I visit this store almost daily, so obviously we like the store, the products, the prices etc otherwise we would go elsewhere as there are plenty of options. At weekends we often walk up with the dog or a grandchild or both. Taking the dog inside is a no no so one of us always waits outside while the other shops. There is a nicely situated bench out front which we can often use while waiting, this weekend this was not possible. Not because it was gone or because other customers were using it but because two members of staff had decided to have their cigarette break there. Being non smokers and having a child with us we decided to stand some way from them hoping they might finish and go back to work, but no, one of them took a call on her mobile and decided to bring her cigarette and stand directly behind my wife and our grandchild so that they could have a passive while she took her call. They had to move further away. Firstly staff should have a designated smoking area away from the customers, secondly staff taking the bench when there are customers who would clearly like to use it is not putting customers first, finally, your decision to smoke is entirely up to you, it is illegal to smoke with anyone under 18 in a car, causing a child to inhale second smoke can be considered a criminal offence it is also just damn rude.

Customer care is excellent at the Bourne Tesco store! My fiend became very unwell whilst we were shopping yesterday, Thursday, and the care and help given by the staff there was absolutely brilliant. Staff gave her water and stayed with her whilst other ladies packed her bags for her while she sat and recovered A very kind male member of staff also helped us to the car and placed the shopping bags inside for us.
I?m really sorry we did not get anyone?s name but I wanted to say thank you to all who helped us, we were so very impressed with the service. Thank you so much

Went in here today. I usually go to self service but as there was one woman in front of me I decided to go through the checkout. Well the elderly couple who were just paying were having a good old gossip to the cashier about some woman having an affair. Obviously the person they were gossiping about was known to the cashier on the till that I was waiting in. I have never known it to take so long for the old woman to hand over her money, she was holding on to while gossiping to the cashier. I kept moving my trolley forward til they got the message. Got served paid and as I waited for my receipt the gossiping cashier had turned around to tell the cashier behind her all about the woman having an affair, she didn?t hand the receipt to me as she had her back to me and off hand waved the receipt in the air I got hold of it and said thank you, nothing from her, never looked at me, or said thank you as she was still facing away from her conveyer belt talking to her colleague. WORST attempt at customer relations I have ever seen.
