An unhelpful company not caring about their product quality. When I contacted them about placemats that had many blemishes after only a couple of uses; they were uninterested in solving the issue or ensuring it wasn?t an issue for other customers. They just left me with the problem. Very disappointing. Poor customer services, poor quality.
