It took me a year to buy and sell my house, throughout that time I had lots of interactions with Estate agents for buying and selling. It was not a pleasant experience. I finally bought and sold through Quentin Marks Bourne office and they were amazing. Every member of staff I spoke to, each one brilliant in their roles, was helpful friendly and kind. QM were completely different from any of the other estate agents I came across. I actually felt like they cared and I went above and beyond, more like they were assisting a family member rather than it being a business deal and all about the money/getting the sale. Quentin even helped my seller, who is not good with computers, by going to her home and helping fill out all the (daunting-to her) paperwork. I absolutely recommend them to everyone. I have even asked for advice post completion, and they have spent the time to help and advise.
During the period of my sale/purchase I was also selling a second home in another county (yes, an incredibly stressful time!), so I had more dealings with estate agents, I really have met them all this past year!! The only ones who actually made the process stress free was QM Bourne by being helpful, understanding and showing genuine care. Thank you QM Bourne, you made a big difference.

After 12 years we decided to put our house on the market and commence the search for our new home. After a couple of valuations we decided to go with Quentin Marks.
The decision proved to be the right one as the customer service we received from both Lorna and Alison was exemplary. We were provided with regular updates, all queries were answered and explained promptly and clearly. Even when our first sale fell through, within 24 hours our house was back on the market, one viewing completed and a sale agreed.
We can not recommend Lorna and Alison enough. They were both fantastic from start to finish and made the whole process a painless one and are both a credit to their profession.

Our house has been on the market with QM for 10 months in that time we have had 5 viewers only one of which fitted the demographic for our style of house. In that time we have not had any contact instigated by them to review the house and see where we are at. Now that we have had enough and want to go with another estate agent they are insisting that we give them the 28 days notice.
