Told us that it was ok to feed a 9.5 week old puppy rabbits ears when after research and our puppy choking on it turns out it should be minimum 4 months old. Also advised us that we should feed 20% of its body weight in Raw a day. This shop should retrain staff before they cause serious issues

Very expensive but quality is bang on.Durham raw food is a lot cheaper if you order direct delivered to your door.Needs more car parking.

Absolutely fantastic service, I use this shop all the time, the staff are always polite and smiling, if you need advice they are always there to give it to you, amazing collection of animal food, treats and toy, my dogs favourite is definitely the goats ears

I'd give this place 6 stars, seriously! They have an excellent selection of specialist cat food as well as toys and litter. What makes the shopping experience all the better is it is a family run business where everyone is friendly and polite and knows you by name. The way modern retail is going, businesses like this are becoming rare. Let's support them while we still can.

Literally cannot fault the girls in petorama .. always so helpful and happy and when you realise on a Friday at 5pm you have one meal left for your pooch ????? and you give them an sos call they hang on that extra few minutes for us to get down and pick some up .. thank you for always going above and beyond
