We received excellent customer service from Pave Direct. The phone was always answered quickly by Vick, and he dealt with us very professionally. One tile arrived broken, but this was very quickly replaced without fuss. We would definitely buy from Pave Direct again. Thank you!

Fantastic product and company! From the point of ordering, we received great communication from this company and helpful advice. Delivery was made with great care, on time and as expected. The product was exactly as described. High quality, beautiful tiles which look amazing and have really added a touch of something special to the garden. The follow up customer service and aftercare has been outstanding also. (Exactly what you want when you upack a broken slab or two, all was sorted very promptly and helpfully).We would highly recommend this company and will use again for future projects.

I Highly recommend Pave Direct to everyone.Great communication with a helpful customer service team , help to settle all the enquiries and provide the perfect solutions. My order was delivered on time and quickly. The driver was very helpful in putting all the slabs close to my workplace. The slabs were tailift pallet delivery with professional packaging.I highly recommend this company to any public and builders.

Can?t fault Vick from Pave Direct. Original order delivered on a specific date that I chose. All slabs individually packed with corner protectors.I required less than a full pack and this was accommodated.Vick went above and beyond, as a slab was damaged on installation. Vick got me 1 slab to replace the damaged one, which I?m sure lots of other places wouldn?t do.Thanks again.

Only used the company as a one off to try them but very disappointed indeed, after ordering 1crate of kandala grey porcelain from them then needed a second crate as job evolved, after numerous correspondence emails and calls to ensure the correct batch number was ordered on second load they still sent wrong shade, different packaging, different tile bottom different tile full stop, i lay this product week in week out at work and know my tiles but this was 100 percent wrong tile. Myself and customer have emailed company to no evail so just a warning guys be careful if buying at different times from pave direct and after support is not existent now they have my grand ?

Brilliant company. Great communication with a lovely helpful man who kept me updated. Delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. And the slabs are stunning I brought the kandla grey porcelin slabs. Highly recommend this company.

First time ordering from pavedirect, and have to say it definitely won't be my last! The service and products were amazing, fast delivery and arrived within the time that we had booked. Me and the wife couldn't decide what to go for when paving our patio so we chose to order a few samples first to see which ones we liked, after choosing which suited us best we placed the order on monday and had it done by the following saturday!Would definitely recommend!!

Had patio slabs delivered in November and went to lay in February to find some were broken in transit. Spoke to vic in customer service and he replaced them great patio and great price Happy customer.black indian sandstone and its beautiful. Very happy
