As I have done before, today I went into Moore and Scrupps Sleaford to ask advice on a silver item. The service I got was outstanding. It was polite, personable and the advice was spot on. I've been here a few times to buy gifts etc and the experience has always been first class. This is a modern jewellers with a traditional style of customer service. I would highly recommend a visit.

Absolutely excellent service at the Bourne shop.....haven't been able to wear my wedding and engagement rings for about 7 years due to illness. Have had both made bigger and they now fit perfectly and are even shinier than when they were new 30 years ago! Thoroughly recommend all the ladies in the shop...thank you.

I took my engagement ring to be cleaned and replated in late 2020. The ring I received back looked nothing like my engagement ring. I was shocked and too worried to say there and then (if it wasn't for my stupidly small fingers, I would have queried if it was my ring at all but the size was the same!!) and on returning home messaged with photos of the original ring and replated ring. I also went back. I should have received a call from the manager but never did. I have not worn the ring since. The claws were "fixed" without prior arrangement and after looking at it in December 2021 (I just was so sad my star sparkly ring had been so drastically changed, I put it away) I decided to return it to the original jeweller who agreed the ring no longer looked as it had originally. Sadly, we feel it is too late for Moores and Scrupps to rectify and we would not want them to do any more work to it. My beautiful engagement ring ruined.
