James installed laminate flooring in our lounge and bedroom which looks amazing. We were so impressed with the service, quality and standards set by James that we called him back again to replace the carpet on our stairs and landing which was, once again, completed to a high standard, at a competitive price and without any fuss. James and his team done brilliant job in our garden. It was easy to get a quote and discuss our needs, great communication. I was never a fan of artificial grass but I don't regret having it installed because it turned out amazingly! I love quality of the grass. Highly recommended.

Well designed website with good contact details. James Cottam responded quickly to request for a quote and completed his visit within days. Very competitive price which was accepted. An excellent job completed on April 20th. Minor problems were overcome by James and Chris and all waste taken away with the house left clean and tidy. Laminate flooring to dining room, hall and lounge, plus carpeting to the stairs and landing. Highly recommended company.

James name kept appearing when we were looking for recommendations and there was a Very good reason for that.. the service from start to finish was second to none. The quality of the carpets and the workmanship are outstanding .. I had my lounge, stairs with landing and main bedroom done, all done in less than a day and will be getting him back to do the other bedrooms. Thank you James!

I absolutely Love my new carpets. I think I had 3 visits from James before I committed, not sure I would have been so patient. I wanted a thick pile carpet but James advised a good quality underlay and good quality carpet due to potential soiling (I have a five year old). They turned up and were just lovely and efficient. I didn't think a carpet could make so much difference to a home but it does absolutely beautiful!

I can't recommend him highly enough! He completely saved the day today. James, realizing the carpet we had ordered and received from a well-known (and never to be used again) online carpet retailer was far too small, went out of his way to source a replacement from his own stock and fit it within the space of a couple of hours. With family arriving for Christmas in two days time we are all now breathing a huge sigh of relief! Thank you James.
