A disappointing few experiences on very bad cappuccino (flat with no consistency) have made us leave Costa for other coffee establishments. Too much pressure on staff, overpriced food. I feel really sorry for the staff pushed to get orders out. Also a very bad experience when the store ran out of standard milk to offer soya milk, dreadful coffee. Sorry Costa on the bad review, please get back to being a good experience.

Exactly what you'd expect from a Costa, great drinks, great food and great service. Big seating area inside and out. Toilets clean and tidy. They had a cup washing up station for refilling

While the food it's self is fine, standard across costa, every single time i have ordered on uber eats from this place they have gotten something wrong. The first time i ordered a sausage roll and they instead gave me a sausage bap. The second time I didnt even get my order and had to fight support for an hour to get a refund. This most recent time my drink was placed in the bag almost sideways and nearly spilled while also missing two out of four of the items i ordered.

First visit to a Costa and unfortunately this branch was out of stock of numerous items my self and family wanted to purchase, no standard white sugar no sprinkles or Marsh mallows for hot chocolate etc.
