Just pop in today with my daughter for quick shop and been very unpleasant surprised of behaviour of Carla shop staff worker. I bought milk and label said its 15p less with coop card , after when I gave my cart the price I paid been the same , but I tought ok, it's not big money :-) but when my daughter paid for her sweets and again it was 35p more expensive then label sais I ask staff to check it please. Also I told I am surprised why price of my milk didn't change after I gave you my card. I got answer: because it's didn't come through. When I told is it my fault? I gave you my card. They answer, then you had to scan it. I would if I would be knew it didn't come through. All this time another staff lady was really helpful, she gave back my daughter 35p , I didn't ask to give me back 15p for milk . But....Carla was very aggressive, sarcastic in bad way and then I told her are you sure it's ok to talk to customers like that? She was laughing and really didn't felt sorry at all. We been in shock with my daughter. It was nice sunny day, half term and got bad experience. By the way when we left, Carla shouted us thank you , you are welcome....it was so rude. Like I said before it wasn't big money, but we bought 2 items and both was different price as it was promised. I like coop and never had problems with staff before, leaving in Bourne 15 years and popping there from then it was opened. We all have bad days sometimes but this situation shows only unprofessional behaviour of staff.

my mum took my nephew in . he was fascinated by the Christmas elf. huge shout out to the staff member. who explained the elf was magical and my nephew loved it . mum didn't have a reciept so couldn't do my store my say

Gone so far downhill, moldy lemons, yesterday, literally rotting in the basket, never anyone on the till, or in the shop, shelves never stocked, and all the variety has gone in meats, used to be great and really handy, now just an overpriced annoyance, needs direction
