Very nice people, nicely welcomed. Quick and polite.However, I paid over £400 for my stairs? and some pieces have come up, I?ve had to fix myself? and the carpet on the stairs isn?t pulled? Very tightly so still have deep creases and floppy areas.The Matt around the front door has come up a few times also, my daughter had cut her toe on the grippers as a result.I?d say I?d recommend them, but I would next time book the day off work and ask them to take their time and not a half an hour in and out job. I?d also argue the price a little as a price 7 months ago we had was £275, then it jumped to £400 plus. I get inflation but crikey!Would be nice to have tighter carpet on the stairs and not have the sides all wavey and creased.This was I think November, so in my opinion hasn?t aged very well. Hoping it lasts me atleast a few years

We?ve had 2 x carpets and 1 x laminate flooring previously installed by ?Bourne carpets and floors? and this time we had the stairs and landing done. Once again we couldn?t be happier with the result.Very friendly, helpful service from choosing the carpet in their showroom, having them come and measure and then fitting it for us.Quick, no fuss and very professional.

I can?t thank Bourne Carpets enough. They got me out of a mess at very very short notice, sourced some flooring over night and fitted the next day, out of hours. Andy went out of his way to sort my mess out. Very grateful!

Fitting was arranged promptly and was completed to a top rate standard. Even when I confused my order from my own mistake the team went above and beyond to resolve the issue. From helping us choose the right product for our needs, including bringing samples to our home so we could view them against our decor. To the superb installation done with care and an eye for detail they have been professional throughout.We would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again ourselves, or in highly recommending to others.
