Hate to say it but this is a truly dreadful branch. I get texts to say they have received prescription notification from the GP and will let me know when it is ready to collect but that message never comes. Have had to wait almost a week on a number of occasions for my medications which should have been ready in a couple of days. Can not understand the delays in turnaround. Some staff can be extremely curt and rude as if they are too good to be dealing with people who have genuine needs. Would go elsewhere if I could.

Very helpful staff. Always ready to listen and take time to help you and answer any questions. The ladies in the pharmacy are friendly and nice. I'm regular as I need to pick my prescriptions every month. They recognise me and they are always friendly and helpful. One of the lovely ladies is Fiona,always stops and say hi and ask if I'm okay. Make the time spent there nice

Not very good staff at Bourne boits pharmacy first tell me that they have not got a prescription which I urgently required for my daughter 6 days after I ordered it and then when I went in the next day with the code for the r prescription from the doctors they told me they had got the prescription and the items would be in stock that weekend on the Monday I went in to be told no we can?t get hold of them 7 days after the prescription was raised as I told them if they told me I could of sorted something else out and gone somewhere else in stead of being lied to changed pharmacy?s now somewhere who kept to their promise and supplied what I needed the next day avoiding this branch from now on

The pharmacist was too busy to see me. He was putting away prescriptions. I advised the lady I was taking 1000mg of cuprofen and 1000mg of paracetamol and wasn?t sure if this was okay. The message he gave was keep on taking what I?m taking. We went out of our way to get some advice for my condition and what a waste of time that was.

Many of the staff are extremely helpful and very professional...They are on top form regarding prescriptions..I do find getting through to them on the telephone very frustrating I do think that they should have a designated call handler it would be so much better? Boots staff are extremely friendly and ever so caring...Thank you Boots staff in Bourne ?

If picking a prescription up, best take a packed lunch with you, there not exactly quick in there, first in the queue, they were 2 minutes late opening up, and it's taken them 23 minutes to fill 2 small prescriptions... so if in a rush, avoid, other than that, their nice enough in there.

The service is always so slow. Staff love to talk but hate to serve. Hide behind prescription counter and fail to acknowledge customers while telling each other how busy they are

I was here the other day to pick up my prescription. One of the staff members was so rude to me and when she handed me my prescription she practically threw it at me. I will be changing pharmacies and never coming back.

This is the worst boots I've ever been too, the staff are incredibly miserable and rude. Especially one particular lady who is often on pharmacy and when put on the tills, clearly begrudges it. Anything you ask for is met with a sigh. Despite me being very friendly. If you hate people then perhaps get a less customer focused role?! Boots normally had the loveliest staff... Not here. Crack a smile!

Worst pharmacy ever! Literally had to wait 45 mins for the pharmacist to put 2 stickers on a box and put it in a bag! Absolute joke and waste of space!

Popped in to buy a product over the counter .Was informed that due to my age (60+) they could not sell it to me I could only get it on prescription ! So I went next door to Superdrug and bought it there off the shelf no problem!Surprised they are still in business .....
