No words can describe how I feel after wasting 20 weeks waiting for a viewing. Yes you read that correctly! Not one viewing! Two weeks after WH Brown valued my property, I was advised to reduce the asking price. Because I was not prepared to do this so soon after my property was put on the market, WH Brown did nothing to promote my property, they didn't even get anyone to attend my 'Open Day'! When I gave 28 days notice to end the contract, I was asked why?! What a total waste of 20 weeks!!! Please think twice or maybe 3 times before entering into a contract with this Estate Agent ?

Kelly showed us around a rental property at the weekend, she was amazing!! Nothing was too much trouble. Kelly answered all of our questions (there was alot!!). Having not rented before Kelly was able to explain everything that was needed to secure the property. Very happy to recommend to others.

Billy is a very relaxed character and calming by nature . He smoothed out many lawyer issues and kept my sale on track . I think he has a great sales trait and I recommend this gentleman wholeheartedly ! All the best Billy and keep on top of those lawyers !

Viewed one of the new builds at the walled gardens in Frampton with Billy. Although it wasn?t quite what I was looking for, the service was fantastic and he is continuing to help me with finding my future home. Would highly recommend.

Paula did our inspection today and I have no complaints. She was polite and friendly as they always are during viewings. Paula was professional and asked us for permission before she entered each room and once she finished her checks she asked if we had any problems. She was very easy to talk to made an effort to ask about our family general chit chat.
Every time we have been in contact with the staff of William H Brown they have been great. I would recommend them to friends.
