Found Mkm much better quality and service, was cheaper too. They helped me when one of your guys made it clear he didn?t want to. Don?t get sassy because you got one star, hopefully next time you will give your customers a better experience and you will earn more stars?
No need to resolve anything for me, plenty more suppliers around so won?t be coming back.

Saw a Turnbull"s lorry blocking a disabled bay while they popped in for a shop at Asda yesterday. Arrogant, inconsiderate and reprehensible and illegal. Still chuckle about the time they tried to deliver my gravel without lifting the rear tail, he was clueless. Serious lack of grey matter among their staff.

Very disappointed. Whilst good service we had a catalogue of errors: wrong underfloor, wrong taps, no screws with a cabinet and wrong sized cabinet top. Whilst errors happen this is beyond belief and has held up installation by several days.EDIT: The order was place in store. The wood (flooring) was to go under lino etc . 12mm was ordered, 9mm was received. The service to put things right was brilliant- however things shouldn't have been wrong in the first place. Frustration was exacerbated by a potentially damaged bath (now sorted) which would have meant installation to date would have to have been ripped out.(we were half way through at this point) Thankfully it wasn't however all the above being wrong added to the stress, the worktop being the straw that broke the camels back. When ordering to go on a unit, surely it should be wide enough? Same with the drain was the wrong size for the sink. We would return but would triple check everything.

Turnbulls are still excellent. 11 to 12 years ago when i did a grant aided project I had to provide Lindsey action zone funding with 3 written quotes for every single item of expenditure. Turnbulls prices beat both the other 2 on every single item. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. I very strongly recommend them

We had planned to buy a number of plasterboard and PIR insulation boards from a popular DIY store but decided to call into Turnbull's as it was on the way. We saved £131 today by checking out Turnbull's. Unbelievable! They will be my go-to merchant from now on. Very friendly staff and ever so helpful in the yard helping my husband to load everything into our van.Excellent.

Never had a problem dealing with this branch and their staff are all so helpful on the phone,in the yard and the delivery drivers go out their way to drop where you want as close as possible

This company and especially this branch is a cut above the rest. I can phone or go in directly and order or just do it online. The service is always first class. Questions are answered quickly and accurately and, if not collecting directly, the delivery is always very prompt. Prices are also very competitive. They are certainly a cut above the other DIY/Merchants in the area. The real meaning of a family firm.
