Just would like to thank the staff at this depot, asked for a delivery of stone for my wife?s 85 year old mother, we do not live in Boston and was prepared to pay the £20 delivery charge.. but a very kind employee named Phil overheard my conversation and he delivered them straight away!!!! Definitely 5 Star Service

I had already been to a number of builders merchants in Boston. I wanted help concerning a leaking central system. I had no reply from a plumber, so had to tackle the task myself. I was without hot water for a few days and obviously no heating. What I experienced at T/P was exceptional. Remember, I am not a tradesperson, just an ordinary ?Joe Public?. I could not have been helped and assured more. The part I needed was for a oil condensing boiler manufactured in Ireland. The staff, on my behalf, phoned the manufacturer, got the part number and had it delivered in a couple of days. I don?t think I have ever has such service. Thanks to all the staff especially Dan.I will now always go to T/P for my DIY needs. Fantastic staff team.
