I was really happy with the care my elderly father initially received from the 2 carers, however, the last time they saw him he said he needed to go to the toilet to poo, they told him to do it in his pants and they would clean him up after. He was so upset, he was a dignified man and the way they spoke to him and about him was disgusting. My father died that night. I am so upset that the last time he saw carers was to be treated in such an undignified and hurtful way. Everything seemed to be too much trouble for the carers, they were uncaring and complained how everything was to hard for them. I do believe that the way the carers treated him the last time contributed to him finally giving up the fight for life. I cannot forgive Town & Country for the end of my dads life.
