Spent an hour in this store. So many great deals and such a variety of stock. Every staff member was friendly.Definitely will be coming back here .

Sadly this is generous. Could not find staff to help us, with shoes. (This always seems to be a problem in this shop, no matter where you are) Staff hovering by the door. Buying 2 pairs of shoes took way too long!

I visited this store to buy running shoes.I knew exactly what I wanted, so I wasn't going to pull the place apart.Only myself and a few other customers.The customer in front of me was served and left.The sales assistant also left, never to be seen again.I departed the store about 15 minutes later.Got my running shoes off Amazon.I appreciate that the store may havestaff shortages.Carry on like this Sports Direct and you'll be having customer shortages.Plenty of online competition!

Cannot give 5 stars, because of refund policy. Only exchange or credit note they offer, they are not giving your cash back and it is unfair in my opinion. Then all shops could "play this smart" no ???????? but nobody is doing that (on my experience). Credit note is valid for 2 years at least that is good, buuuuuuut anyways it is my right to choose do l need my cash back or no. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy shop inside.

if you want trainers, you'll be waiting for them to stop chatting.Over the years I have gone to great lengths to get service including walking to the front and back desks and interrupting chat to get served. Today I collected £400 of products to only put them back and lwalk out past another chat.. Never again.

Clean. Helpful2 floors of clothes and sports stuff.Also next to a Matalan, TKMaxx, and a couple of other shops.Good range of stock and some good sale items at the moment!Came out happy with lots of bargains ?

I dont understand how you can have a shop that sells hundreds of different kinds of footwear but doesn't have a shoe sizer!? 5 minutes to find a member of staff to ask them to size our daughters feet because they are all in a corner talking and giggling and all you get is "we ain't got one".....????? Will not be going there again.
