Changed the rules on getting improved nhs hearing aids from 3 years to 5 years before you can get new improved one's, not good.

Extremely busy with people waiting for eye test. Not enough seating for everyone and no where for me as a wheelchair user to place myself that wasn't in the way of the staff or other customers trying to walk past or look at frames. Appointment was 20-30 mins late and then felt quite rushed, not as thorough as I have had previously. Wasn't given copy of prescription either.

The optician was very knowledgeable and caring, nothing was too much trouble for her. the staff were all pleasant, waiting time was short, astmosphere was very friendly. Prices very fair.
Would certainly use them again.
