As a regular customer who often visits with my family, I?ve always considered McDonald?s a reliable option for a quick meal. Unfortunately, the last three visits to the Boston branch have been extremely disappointing, both in terms of food quality and customer service.\n\nOn each occasion, the fries have arrived tasting stale and looking as though they had been left sitting far too long, also questionable portion sizes. Burgers have been dry and completely lacking in flavour, while the Chicken Selects were served in broken pieces and had a very unpleasant taste. Even the milkshakes ? something my family and I have always enjoyed ? were shockingly poor on one of our visits, with a taste so bad it has put us off ordering them again.\n\nWhat makes this worse is the noticeable decline in staff attitude. The usual friendliness and energy from team members seems to have completely disappeared ? no smiles, no polite upselling, and certainly no sense of customer care. On one visit, we were even left sitting at the drive-through window for over five minutes after receiving only two of our drinks. The staff member closed the window before we could ask about our child?s drink, and we had to wait until someone eventually came back to check what we needed.

Shitty service. Wont help you in the drive trough when you are on a bike. I am a sailor who did go trough the mc drive on a bike in 20+ other locations.

13 people stood waiting 07:40am, good start.\nOrdered a Coffee from self service, print out was poor due to lack of ink.\nAfter waiting so long I had forgotten what the machine had said and was reliant on the receipt read number 28. \nApparently my number was 23. \nApologies for being 49, with slight impaired vision. \nThe young lady who served me, said that she called my order ages ago; and was my fault.\nI handed the receipt to manager, who her self held it to the light and agreed it could be 28 or 23. \nThe manager was very apologetic.\nIt only takes one 'A hole' in the team to bring it down.\nWho remembers in the early 1980's , Mcdonalds giving free orders if you had to wait more than 30 seconds.

My review is for the McDelivery I ordered today. \nAfter a morning of DIY we decided to order a quick lunch.\nOrder placed and waited for our delivery driver to arrive.\nDriver pleasant enough.\nUnfortunately all our food was cold and my partners burger was missing. \nI contacted McDonalds through the virtual assistant on the app. \nArranged a refund for the missing burger (may take 15days!) \nAsked for the burger to be replaced as partner has nothing to eat. \nTold this is not possible and that I have to place another order for the missing burger. \nAbsolutely ridiculous that they do not replace missing items when the fault lies with them. \nTried to warm items received in the microwave.\nWorst meal ever. \nCustomer care shocking. \nNow inconvenienced by having to sort some lunch for my partner whilst in the midst of DIY which was the point of ordering a take out.

We visited here for lunch. We asked for the nutritional information for medical reasons and the staff were very accommodating and gave more than the information we needed. They also did it with a smile on their face. The food was hot when it arrived and our order was correct.

If you?re ordering from here make sure you check it before delivery drivers leave. Not only was it freezing cold, half of my order was missing, I never even got the half that was missed. Second time this has happened now.\n\nI rang up and asked for it to be sent and what I got back was ?you?ll have to get a refund we?re too busy? They have plenty of workers here, and supposedly ?decent? managers and supervisors. \n\nAbsolute joke, went hungry and person who spoke on the phone was quite rude. Will not be going here again. Waste of time and money.

just attended Mcdonalds Boston, in Lincolnshire. Absolutely disgraceful service, ordered at 13.15 one big mac meal and kids happy meal.. Took 15.mins to prepare.. when queried no mgr present. Told by operative no apology, just we cook fish fingers fresh .. fish fingers were mediocre n fries cold

I went to mcdonalds on Wednesday evening through the drive through. Was parked up in the carpark for near on 30 mins, to get the wrong food and have to go in anyway. Got the right order and went home. The wrap was stale and did t taste very good and since then I have been very ill. Avoid at all costs, we will not be visiting again.

Do not bother. The place is full of Deliveroo and Just Eat drivers standing around waiting. Never less that 10 as one leaves 2 more arrive!! This is intimidating for any body especially females having to walk through them to get to the counter or toilet \nThese order are obviously priority over in house customers.\nThe disabled toilet has a notice on the door saying to get assistance to open the door. I am disabled and didn?t bother as \n1. It is embarrassing \n2. I had to run the gauntlet of waiting drivers to get the door opened.\n\nThis McDonalds needs to decide if it wants customers on site or if I wants to become a delivery only outlet.\nOver 35 minutes from paying for the order to it being prepared is totally unacceptable.

Waited 45mins for cold food, whilst sat we watched people sending cold food and wrong orders back and people\nJust generally complaining. \nOrder came - chicken and bacon wrap ordered with no bacon and the label outside also stated that. \nMy daughter starts eating it and it was filled with bacon.\nChips were cold and like cardboard . \nTook the wrap over to show them and the girls rolled her eyes and snatched it. No apology what?s so ever. \n10mins later another member of staff returns with a fresh one. \nIn the mean time the already cold food at the table with not edible. \nSo long sat in this restaurant with absolutely dreadful cold food and a few of the staff members have appalling rude attitudes . \nWe will stick to sutterton branch like we always do, we just tried boston for quickness which really backfired!

Food never piping hot, just luke warm. Slow service. Fries came out with some kind of fried batter flakes in there too during ydays visit, chip fryer must not have been cleaned. First maccies I've been to which I won't be visiting ever again. Toys in the kids meals are pointless, no actual toy just cardboard cut out.

Sadly 9 times out of 10 this place lets us down with cold food or not nice burgers. Apart from the breakfast I don`t think my family will ever return. Those who can drive should treat themselves to Burger King and give this place a wide berth. Staff are friendly though.

We have used many different Maccies over the years. This has got to be the worst for atmosphere. Feels cold and unfriendly, however the food was okay. My hub didn't enjoy his chicken burger. It was a relatively small piece of chicken and the bun was hard, he chose the wrong burger on that occasion. It was bad value anyway. But we wouldn't go back, as it was the worst McD's we have ever visited and seating is badly laid out, plus service was disorganised.

We ordered on the App from the brekky menu. My wife and son's order was correct. My cheesy bacon flatbread had all of the bacon in the bottom 1/4 of the bread, normally it's spread throughout the bread evenly. My regular white coffee was a tepid cappuccino, which I never order. Spoiled my meal as MaccyD's coffee is the best out there within price range!

This is the worst McDonalds I?ve ever been to. You can hardly get through the door due to the chav youths hanging around outside and their bikes blocking the doorway. Once inside, the chavs are not buying anything and sit at most of the tables while acting disruptive, shouting and screaming across the restaurant.\nThe management really need to sort this out. Or even get security on the door (like other McDonalds I?ve been to late at night). Because the genuine paying customers don?t want to come back here if this continues.
