I found the staff of Pygott & Crone to be very helpful during the sale of my relation's house. I found their App easy to use and it kept me updated as to where we were with the transaction. Davis was very honest with the valuing of the property and Sam kept me updated thoughout the process. I would definitely use this company again.

100% great experience with Davis Gurton and Joe Mckue when they came to value my house, both really friendly and professional, didn't feel pressured into making any decisions there and then, and kindly said for me to take my time and let them know when i?m ready to move forward to putting my house on the market.
Will definitely be coming back to these guys when the time comes, highly recommend Pygott and Crone thanks to both Davis and Joe, no pressure from them at all which is a massive bonus, will be in touch soon guys!

After a three year sales 'process' all I can really say is that Sam Bettinson, Sales Progressor is a shining light in a sea of mediocrity. She is diligent, pro-active and a great communicator. It is a surprise she has not been snapped up by a more professional agent. The agency gets 1 star but Sam gets a five star review.

All the team at the Boston Branch were brilliant. They were very helpful and professional, we were kept update with every step of our sale. We changed to them after our first agency didn?t get us sold. After putting our house with Pygott and Crone in May we move tomorrow just about 4 months later. Big shout out to Davis, Holly and Sam. I have used Pygott and Crone several times in the best and have always received excellent service, this time was no exception. Joe and his team were friendly yet professional, nothing was too much trouble and they got the job done swiftly and smoothly meaning I didn?t have to stress about a thing.
