Room good, bed comfortable, only things were only one Hand Towel and No Glasses in Bathroom which is a pain otherwise enjoyed our stay!

Everything was just as we would have wanted it. Only given it four stars because of the dreadful potholes in the car park. As you have to walk from the Premier Inn across the car park to the Burton for your meals, if you don't watch where you're going, you could break your ankle in one of the giant ones. Apart from that, everything great ?

This has to be the worse premium inn in the uk we have stayed in. Room had holes in the wall , marks all over the walls , dusty furniture, net curtains just lying on the floor , restaurant evening meal had 16 items not on menu , came worse in the morning for the all you can eat breakfast.... had to wait 40 minutes for our breakfast as they had no buffet running only ordering , so if you wanted any more you would have to order again , never stay here again , and i would advise other people not to aswell. Complained to premier inn but so far had no response. Customer service isn't there thing.

I stay at Premier Inn's regularly when visiting family and this is the wort experience at any Premier Inn yet. I was disgusted on this trip of the quality of my stay. To begin with when we arrived room essentials had forgotten to be provided - Towels, Pillows, Tea Coffee etc. This was resolved however the housekeeper didn't seem thrilled to be providing these items. To further this on closer inspection of the bedding there appeared to be multiple stains and marks all over the duvet and sheets. This is where the problems continue to get worse. On the ceiling of this room there appeared to be large patches of black mould which when reported we were told the message would be passed on to housekeeping for them to deal with. However on return to the room after housekeeping had been nothing had been done about any of the incident mentioned above. We discovered during the stay that the extractor in the bathroom didn't work which would have been the cause of this black mould build up we believe. Finally we noticed on the wall where the radiator sat - Large char lines which didn't give us much confidence in the safety of the system during the stay so it remained of during the period. I shall not be staying at this Premier Inn again and hope that someone sorts this situation out with the building and me.

Very quiet area. The toilet cistern was running and air conditioning didnt work but won't mark down as I didn't notify them. Arrived at roughly 11pm and they were very welcoming. The free WiFi didnt work though and kept saying connected without Internet and wasn't in a position to pay for

Rooms were fine. Food was limited - the list of what was not available grew hourly. Reception staff were epic. Polite, helpful, and just "nice"

The Premier is listed as a 3-star hotel. Don't be fooled. The room is superb, the bed is large and seductively comfy, the bathroom is fullly stocked, and the staff are friendly to a fault. The Premier's whole operation is a lesson many Hotels should learn. ?

The hotel is old and sad, but the team in reception for check in are really good. Particularly Jane who always remembers my name, and has all of the bits ready for me. She is a real star. The rooms are OK, and the beds are comfortable which is good.
