Love this shop. Starf and really good and helpful. It can be expensive but they are starting to put offers on things also if you have their loyalty card you get vouchers for money off products. If you've got a pet I recommend them

Ordered and paid for online, was advised goods ready but when tried to collect was told not there. They had item on their shelves but would not allow us to take them in case another customer wanted to click and collect. Absolutely disgusting service and attitude.

Ok you wannabe get a review you got it today Tuesday 11 February 2025 I went in pets at home store in Boston what a fiasco no pets on display as in old days fish rabbit gerbils ect no free pamphlets on how to care for your pet or future pet no pet care book to buy at all PETS AT HOME return store back to its original state really from now on this store should be SHUNNED FOREVER get this sorted pets at home
