Try to support my nearby store, post office is certainly convenient but some , not all, of the shop staff are simply miserable. If they are happy they need to tell their face !! Customer service sadly lacking on this occassion.....

There are often some good offers in one stop and its local to me.
Recently I have noticed how rude some of the staff are. I often go to checkout and the people serving will continue to chat amongst themselves and will scan my items without acknowledging that there is a customer there. No manners or pleasantries. We went to collect from the post office at around 5:30 and was told that it was closing at 6 due to short staff and that we couldn't collect parcel as it was all packed away. If they are open until 6 then service should be until then surely. Tge

The place has totally gone to pot, lack of staff (or at least staff in the shop not smoking round the side). Clearly understaffed since the post office moved. It isn't worth one star the way it is at the moment

Thought it will be more convenient for me to use the post office services in this store as takes away the need of going into town, all i can say is next time i ll rather go to the post office in town. Colleague named Julie extremely rude and unpleasant and quite racist, because she couldnt read my hand writing she basically mentioned that she is British and that some of my hand writing is not to her standards. After being asked a question she raises her voice as if it makes her point clearer. As a person working as a customer assistant for numerous years i dont think that this is acceptable behaviour and it does need to be investigated.

Good selection and convenient post office. Friendly and helpful staff. Can be difficult parking at busy times.

Very rude staff in the shop and post office . Again I called in again today and again rudely spoken to by the inexperienced staff that needs a lesson in manners . I?m not alone plenty of people grumbling about the attitudes, and a bad attitude of the manager. It?s like they are all in a sort of nasty group . Also the post office staff are amongst the worse I have ever dealt with . What a shambles. They look at you like dragons . No hello or nothing like it?s a struggle for them to attempt to be nice . Yet the coop next door lovely staff . But after calling in the one stop today made me feel quite ill. I had a bad day from leaving there ,when I was in a happy jovial mood always pleasant . Horrid attitude and horrid atmosphere. What a miserable lot . This is where staff training comes in . They lack training and manners . Normally I give good reviews but not on this occasion as they have failed miserably .

Dont know the ladys name (brown hair in a ponytail) who serves customers but i have never come across any shop assistant so rude and clearly hates her job. No manners and looks at you like dirt and speaks to you like dirt. How on earth does she get away with it!!!

The worst post office and one stop in Boston. Every time I go the post office person is â??on their breakâ?? or is closed. Train more people up instead of disappointing people!!

Good range of products at this store and parking out front. They have free WiFi too. Useful for the Eastwood Road area of Boston. There is a coop next door with petrol station. Busy here due to fuel stop and stores but useful in this area.

One stop is full of good eggs! Can't fault their customer service and range of products and prices are well above coop next door. Julie always brightens my day when she on shift great customer service

Wouldnâ??t even rate them 1 star!( but have to so I can post this!) Absolutely disgusting service to be asked if my ID is mine as it looks like a block! When told her she was rude she then carried on to laugh and told me to â??lighten upâ? shameful! Absolutely Disgusting customer service!
