Rude old bat at the post office today, rather then politely saying they cant send parcels through yodel at the moment , with an attitude she felt the need to point out the signs , when in actual fact if the idiot read the signs herself they state you cant do RETURNS but can do collection , nothing is mentioned about SENDING a parcel SENDING and RETURNING a parcel are 2 different things , educate yourself before you are rude to your customers , someone clearly got coal this Christmas

Owned by Tesco this shop offers local residents much needed odd bits and bobs without the need to travel into town. Many seem to criticise the staff, but I have found them as many in such low paid and unrewarding jobs - just okay. I don?t expect a kings welcome or small talk just a person to take my items, scan them, and ask me for payment. The Post Office side of things is handy for returns from online shopping. Overall costly compared to larger stores.

How ignorant I sent upto the kings way shop for a meal deal and the delivery had just come asked for the pork pies and was told by a snotty worker that she wasn?t going to pull the order to bits to find them that?s good customer services isn?t it pathetic snotty woman

Don't bother if you need to be anywhere. Waiting in a queue while one member of staff is covering the post office and shop . So slow?

I was in today to pick up a few things for work. There was a queue. An old man accidentally jumped the queue and the off-duty staff member behind me (she was waiting for the post office) started being very rude about him, effing and carrying on. Rather than just serve the elderly man, the post office staff made him go to the end of the queue. He was very apologetic and quite embarrassed. It could have been a moment of kindness, but it certainly wasn't.

I witnessed something quite disgusting today and it has changed where I do a quick stop from now on. Kingsway One Stop was outrageously rude to a very old chap who accidentally jumped the queue for the post office today. There was an off-duty staff member behind me who was effin and jeffin about him and rather than just serving the very old man, they made him go to the back of the queue. It was handled badly. Very very badly. The staff in there is always rude, but this just takes the biscuit. I would complain, but I can only imagine that even the manager would simply not care.
